One problem is that the walls are not straight. They lean. They bulge. The distance is wider at the top than the bottom. And then there's that window.... So I hand laid the tile, rather than using spacers, so I could "adjust" things as I went along. I ran the tile to the top of the window on the soon-to-be shower head end, and only to the bottom of the window at far end. The little notch up at the very top is because I'm going to have to custom cut one of the border tiles, or have the nice man at Lowe's cut a new one when I break the one I have. You'll notice I still haven't dealt with the pipe. |
